Although on site staff will serve as Owner’s Representatives while on-site and will be subject to your supervision and control, Chemstress will withhold income and employment taxes from their compensation and will pay related FICA, FUTA, and other employment taxes, as well as all workers’ compensation insurance premiums . This ensures alignment with our standards and accountability throughout the engagement.
