Conceptual Design
 The piping designer works closely with the client to determine the best equipment arrangement. This equipment arrangement serves as the basis for the preliminary construction estimate.
Detail Design
The piping designer is responsible for the detailed piping design of the approved conceptual equipment arrangement together with the approved process and instrument diagrams. Our experience covers all types of applications encountered in various industries. Chemstress can provide the associated pipe support design and details, specify expansion joints and interface with vendors on equipment connected to the piping systems for allowable load requirements. Chemstress has the capability to code review new pressure vessels and tanks and critique fabricator drawings. For existing vessels and tanks that have incomplete documentation, Chemstress can assist our clients in developing a design basis and completion documentation.
